HOW DO I GET MY GEAR: Our representative will deliver your rental gear to the mandatory pre-embarkation meeting the night prior to your flight from Punta Arenas to the South Shetland Islands. Size exchanges will be available should you need to exchange a size.

RETURNING YOUR GEAR: Our representative will meet your returning flight from the South Shetland Islands at the Punta Arenas Airport and collect your rental gear as you exit the terminal.

Your security deposit will be returned to you within 72 hours of the gear being returned to our representative.
