Place your rental order a minimum of 7 days in advance of your Antarctic expedition and pick it up at our partner’s shop In Ushuaia – it’s so easy!

Your gear will be available for pick it up any time from 12 noon the day before you embark. After your expedition, return your gear to the same shop and you’re on your way.

Size exchanges will be available “on the spot” should you need them

For expeditions beginning in Ushuaia and ending in Punta Arenas, our team will meet you at your post voyage hotel to collect your gear upon your return to Punta Arenas.

Please note the name of your ship and the date on which your expedition begins and ends in the Comments section you find at check-out.
